How it works
You fill out THIS FORM
I respond to you via email with whether or not I can do your repair.
If I can do it, you bring the item into The Hoarding Marmot and show them the confirmation email from me. Leave your item at the front desk with your name and email. I'll refer to your survey answers.
I'll collect the items each week and get them mended within about 2-3 weeks, sometimes I have to order parts (let me know if you've got a time crunch)
I'll email you when I'm done, and I'll give you my Venmo
Once you've paid I'll bring the item back to The Hoarding Marmot front desk and you can pick it up and take it on some more adventures!

For zipper replacements on jackets I cut out the old zipper and sew a new one flat on top (simple option) or open up the seams of the jacket and sew the new one in (integrated). Both are equally sturdy options. The simple replacement is my preferred option.
